Application
GOODPOLY UF RESIN POWDER may be used in a variety of wood based products as follows:

Dissolving
a) Mixture Ratio:

(according to actual situation)
b) Dissolution Method:
Put 2/3 of the total needed water into mixer, and then add UF powder in. Switch on the mixer with speed of 50~150 rotations / minute, after glue powder being completely dissolved, put the remained water in mixer gradually along with stirring, keep stirring for further 3~5 minutes until the glue solution is mixed homogeneously.
Please note that GOODPOLY UF RESIN POWDER doesn’t contain hardener. Users should add hardener before use. It’s suggested to add hardener into the mixed liquid glue according to actual requirement, and control the active period of liquid glue.
Storage
GOODPOLY UF RESIN POWDER may be stored in sealed bags under dry cool place for at least 12 month under temperature lower than 25°C. Exposure to high temperature or humidity would cause caking problem. Any opened package must be resealed and kept tightly closed immediately to avoid absorbing water from moist air. Pallets should not be stacked or being under pressure.
